Strengthen Your Bones:
Movement for Longevity and Resilience
with David Moore

In Australia, approximately 67% of people aged 50 and over have poor bone health, which includes both osteopenia and osteoporosis. 

This gentle yet effective workshop is designed for all bodies and all levels of experience.
